Register with Blue Water
Welcome to The Blue Water Agency. Thank you for taking the time to register your details. This process should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Your National Insurance number.
- A scanned copy of the photo page of your passport. This is preferable however if you do not have a scanner please continue with the application and we can scan your passport when you send it to the office and attach it to your profile.
Without your National Insurance number you will not be able to proceed with this application. UK legislation requires the employer to also see the original copies of these documents. Before you work for Blue Water for the first time we will request these documents from you and return them within 72 hours by registered post.
By submitting this application you are confirming that you are legally permitted to undertake paid work within the UK. We will need you to provide the relevant documentation to prove your eligibility. You will be invited to upload a recent CV and a recent professional photograph if you wish to do so at the end of this application.
Please take care to complete all information accurately. All Blue highlighted areas MUST be completed in order to complete this application. You will not be able to submit your registration if you do not complete the highlighted areas.
Once you have submitted your registration, within 4 working days we will send you an e mail to progress of your application. In this e mail we will also send you your own User Login and Password which is unique to you and can be changed as required. If you are already registered with Blue Water and are logging on to update your information you will not receive a new username and password. Once you have your personal log in details, it is your responsibility to update the information you have supplied. For example if you move home or change bank accounts and do not update your details any correspondence or payment of wages will be sent to the information held on the system.
